Hello, community 👋 In our eagerness to launch the much-anticipated Crypto Jerseys FC Cup, we made a significant mistake in detailing the tournament rules, which caused confusion and led many users not to register their best players. In particular, the issue arose from our original statement: > Player Eligibility: All players must be officially registered to play in matches. Eligible players must have an OVR (Overall Rating) between 50 and 70. The correct information should have been: > Team Eligibility: Each team is required to have an Overall Rating (OVR) ranging from 50 to 70. This rating is the average of the top 11 players’ overall in the team’s squad (without applying any bonuses or penalties). In other words, WE HAVE NOT CHANGED THE WAY THE OVR REQUIREMENT WORKS. The requirement applies to the team as a whole, not to individual players, and it considers the best 11 players in the team’s squad. Because this issue significantly affects the competitiveness of the tournament, we’ve decided to reset it. Qualifiers will now start again on January 3, 2024. In the next few hours, we’ll be recreating the Qualifiers and inviting all teams that signed up for the tournament (No one will lose their spot). We will also leave Group 3 open in case any other team wants to join and complete the spots. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
